Grace decided to formalize the business consulting work she had been doing for 4 years and founded Grace Dougan Consulting in 2010. She has a history of experience in start-up or established micro businesses which she applies to helping companies streamline their operations and grow their businesses. Grace has always been detail oriented, hard working, logistical, and extremely efficient. Those skills have been an asset to companies in a wide array of professions.
Zina
Zina has a bookkeeping background working in accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and as a paraplanner. She is hard working, flexible, and detailed. She has a very positive attitude and her accent helps too.
Tim
Tim has done bookkeeping for many years. His can-do attitude and flexibility is a great asset to our team. Tim has the ability to work with a variety of people and in a variety of situations.

Victoria started out her bookkeeping at 12 years old reconciling ledgers for her fathers repair business. She has continued to grow in her skills throughout her career and is excellent at assisting our small business customers with their bookkeeping needs and more.
